A: Since it is manufactured in Japan, it will be shipped from within Japan.

Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand: Shipping fee of 1,500 yen regardless of purchase amount

Q: What is the payment method?

ACredit card payment, convenience store payment, and smartphone payment are possible.

  • For credit card payment :
Payment will be processed when your order is completed.

If you are using a credit card, the payment date will vary depending on the credit card used. Please check with your credit card company.

  • For convenience store payment:
The payment period is from the day after your order until 23:59 two days later.

Q: How many days will it take to receive my order?

AIt usually takes 2 to 7 business days for delivery, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, after completing your order. We will contact you via email when the product has been shipped.
*We will ship your order within two business days of receiving your order if it is a weekday, but if there is a high volume of orders or around holidays, delivery may be delayed.

Q: Is it possible to return or exchange the size?

A : As a general rule, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.
Please note that we cannot accept requests for products purchased outside of our online store. Also, as swimsuits are hygienic products, we cannot exchange sizes.

   

Q: What should I do if I have not received the item I ordered, received a different item than what I ordered, or the item is defective?

A: We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product using this link or CONTACT. We will guide you through the procedure. We will bear all shipping charges in that case.

Q: Is there a store where I can try on clothes?

A: We are very sorry, but we are currently only selling online.

Q: Is it possible to gift wrap?

AAlthough it is not gift wrapped, we will give you an original drawstring purse with our logo that can fit one set of top and bottom swimsuits for purchases of 15,000 yen or more (excluding tax).

In addition, SISANDI original packaging materials will only be used when shipping 2 or more items, and will not be used when only pads or bottoms are shipped.
