Delivery time

The delivery time for normal products is 2 to 7 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) after your order is completed. We will contact you via email when the product has been shipped.
However, if there is a high volume of orders or around holidays, delivery may be delayed.
Even after your order is completed, we may not be able to prepare as many products as you ordered, and your order may be canceled.

About returns and exchanges

Return Deadline As a general rule, we cannot accept returns for customer reasons.
However, we will only accept returns if you contact us within 3 days of receiving the product, only if the product is defective or a product different from the ordered product was delivered due to misdelivery or other reasons.
